There are two methods: online and offline
1. Online method

#3. Decide on the language.
#4. After that, hit the “begin survey” button to start the survey.
#5. Next, look for your home’s postal or zip code and input it.
#6. Please click the “next” button.
#7. After that, input the login information that may be found on your receipt.
#8. To go to the next stage, click the “next” button.
#9. Give your sincere responses to each question now. When filling out the survey, be sure to answer honestly and with an eye towards your most recent experience.
#10. The survey can be submitted whenever you are ready.

2. Offline method
